Anna discovered her love for Yoga and Pilates while attending an Acting Conservatory in New York. Yoga, dance and other movement classes were critical to her training as an actor, helping her to find a deeper physical connection with her body and stronger mental balance. After taking a Barre class with Lauren Whitehead, Co-Founder of Green Bird Fitness, in 2015 she was hooked. Anna credits Barre with helping to increase her strength while lengthening and toning her muscles after the birth of her two children. As an instructor, she strives to bring fun, positivity and encouragement to each class while helping clients reach their fitness goals.
