Rebecca is a born and raised Austinite who has a passion for yoga, dance and fitness. Her classes are Vinyasa flow based and range from a more restorative sequence to faster paced power classes for a meditative full body workout. She loves to motivate people and help others find their happiness within fitness.
Rebecca has been dancing most of her life, but discovered yoga in 2009, and has been teaching since 2014. However, she loves fitness classes equally, and can't get enough barre and barre + kickboxing classes!
