We're highlighting Lara this month because she's shown so much dedication and grit over the past few months. Lara comes to classes at least 4-5 times a week and it shows. She's gained strength, flexibility, and endurance with each class completed. Lara is also a hilarious and fun gal. Meet Chelle, our beautiful client of the month! Chelle's been coming to classes for almost a year now and we just love her positive energy. Time flies when you're having fun! We're celebrating Julia's 1-year teaching anniversary in May! It's been so much fun having Julia on the team. We're excited to celebrate Raquel as our April client of the month! Raquel is a funny, caring, and sweet woman who can also give you a one of a kind death stare during classes. She likes to get a glass of water right when we happen to start push-ups and planks (it's totally a coincidence (no it's not)). When Raquel is not in class crushing every move with the most intense equipment like the black Theraband and the black loop she's hanging out with her family and working as a counselor. Stephanie Limb

We are so excited to highlight Stephanie this month! She has been a loyal Green Bird for over a year now and taken over 225 classes. Wow! We love Stephanie's ability to kick burpees in the face every Barre+Kickboxing and HIIT+Barre class she's in. She always comes in to class ready to work it out. It's Wednesday and it's inevitable to feel a little run down from the week. Our instructors shared some of their favorite ways to unwind after a long day.

Julia: Wine, wine and more wine. Sometimes beer. Just kidding...sort of. My real favorite is taking the dog for a walk and listening to an audio book while I walk. Then wine.

Rachel: After I get the kids to bed I love to put on my comfy sweats, pour a glass of wine, curl up on the couch and watch mindless reality tv (Real Housewives, The Bachelor, Keeping up with the Kardashians) the trashier, the better.

Rebecca: Sitting outside with my favorite kombucha and just listening and watching the sounds/sights of outside. I'm going to be a great old person 👵🏼

Jeff: Playing my favorite songs on the piano with some Basil Hayden and Sammy curled up on the floor next to me.

Lauren: I love to put on a face mask, draw a bubble bath and read a good book while I soak. It's my ritual every Friday and Saturday.
