Megan is Yoga Alliance registered 200-hour yoga instructor, and completed her yoga certification at Wanderlust Yoga in Austin, Texas.
She first found yoga in 2010 and began practicing as a way to complement her other athletic pursuits of marathon training, HITT and weight training. It was through the physical, athletic gateway, with hopes of stretching and strengthening that she first stepped onto the mat.
What kept her coming back was the connection of body, breath, and spirit that makes yoga not just a workout routine, but a practice of mindfulness and self-awareness.
In her class, you can expect to move your asana, breathe deeply, challenge yourself, jam to good tunes, laugh and sweat.
When Megan isn’t slaying at the office, sweating through a work out, or modeling you can find her whipping up something healthy and tasty in the kitchen, sipping a cocktail with her favorite people, or reading a good book by the pool.
