Rachel is a career educator. Her first calling was to serve as an elementary special education teacher. Her love for teaching, partnered with her sense of empathy allowed for an easy transition to teaching yoga as a 200 hour certified teacher. Yoga has had a dramatic impact on all aspects of her life - emotionally, physically, and spiritually. As an active mom of two, yoga helps her find stillness and peace in the hustle of everyday life. Rachel is especially drawn to yoga because it serves every body, no matter the level of strength or flexibility. All that is needed is the commitment to show up with an open mind.
