Our 2nd Annual Planksgiving Challenge starts November 6th!
We've all experienced that lull in our workout regimen during the holidays. The holiday parties are everywhere, the food is extra rich and delicious, and the stress of shopping and traveling skyrockets. But, studies show that working out will reduce stress and you'll burn off that pumpkin pie. You feel better when you work out during those busy times.
That's where the Planksgiving Challenge comes in! We are here to support and motivate each other throughout the holiday season!
You don't have to be in Austin to participate because we're getting social! We've got two ways for you to win...in and out of the studio!
1) Take 11 classes in 22 days between November 6th and November 27th
2) Follow the plank schedule (plank schedule will be released next week!) and complete a 2 minute plank by November 27th.
Throughout the challenge we'll send you some motivation and tips for keeping active throughout the holidays!
Challenge Winners: In the spirit of giving all in-studio winners receive a 5 Class Pack for them and a 5 Class Pack to give to a friend!
