What do I need to bring to my first class?

For your first class we recommend coming in about 5-10 minutes early so we can meet you and set you up for class.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat. No shoes or socks are needed while in class. We will be barefoot.

We use Therabands and resistance loops in classes. You can bring your own or borrow our equipment at no charge.

We do disinfect and clean all equipment after each use.
