TRX Interval Training

TRX is a suspension training apparatus that works the entire body. The class is set up into timed intervals where you do each exercise at your own pace. It's not about quantity, it's all about quantity with the TRX. This class utilizes your own bodyweight to strengthen your core, improve balance, and challenge your endurance. This class is open for any level of fitness and any experience with the TRX. Clients also have the option to wear tennis shoes or be barefoot for class.
