At Texas Green Bird Fitness we believe that workouts are meant to be fun. Our workouts are for everybody. You don't have to be a professional athlete or a warrior. No experience necessary because you are already STRONG. You are even stronger than you think you are. Yes, you! This is your work out. You made the time out of your busy day to come to us and work it out! Therefore we are going to give it our all to challenge you and to support you. Let's do this!

Texas Green Bird Fitness uses the principles of Pilates to provide a core-centered work out. It's fun. It's intense. We're going to make you work!

Barre

Our Barre classes fuse the principles of Pilates, Yoga, Dance, and Sports Conditioning to bring you an all over body work out. Barre classes are focused on building lean, long muscles through low impact moves at the ballet barre. The Barre classes are set to fun, upbeat music, and are appropriate for all levels.

Pilates Mat

Our Pilates Mat classes focus on building the muscles that make up your core. Your core goes beyond just your superficial "six-pack" muscles and includes your back muscles, deep abdominals, diaphragm, and pelvic floor. The classes fun, set to high energy music, and appropriate for all fitness levels.

Yoga Flow

Our yoga is flow-based. This means that we connect the breath to the movement to form an interconnected sequence of poses. The yoga classes (like all Green Bird classes) are designed to accommodate all levels of fitness.

Barre + Kickboxing

This class is full of high intensity kickboxing intervals mixed with intervals of muscle-toning barre exercises. You'll leave feeling sweaty and strong! We recommend clients take at least 3-5 barre classes before trying this class out due to the fast-paced nature. Clients have the option to wear tennis shoes or be barefoot for class.

HIIT+Barre

This is a 45 minute class designed to shock the body and achieve maximum calorie burn. Expect short bursts (20-30 seconds) of high intensity interval training (HIIT) mixed with short, but challenging barre intervals. We recommend clients take 3-5 barre classes before trying this class due to the fast-paced nature. There are high impact and low impact options for everyone.
