This is a 45 minute class designed to shock the body and achieve maximum calorie burn. Expect short bursts (20-30 seconds) of high intensity interval training (HIIT) mixed with short, but challenging barre intervals. We recommend clients take 3-5 barre classes before trying this class due to the fast-paced nature. There are high impact and low impact options for everyone. Clients also have the option to wear tennis shoes or be barefoot for class.
